I love April, May June when we are busiest and deal with people from all over the world. Just recently produced invites in italian and finnish! The tools on this blog that allow me upload pics have just disappeared! So... I have a facebook page with recent sketches etc. You can find it by just typing in Celtic Wedding Stationery in a facebook search. Printing Tip: If you are doing your own printing a lot of problems occur if the card or paper is damp. Make sure paper is always wrapped and in a box away from drafts. If you are making your own wedding invites I can email you a watercolour sketch of your church or wedding venue. Ordering wedding invites: Always order more than you need, it is amazing the number of people who come back looking for extra invites and its funnily always the parents who suddenly remember someone at the last minute.........who probably will never speak to them again if they are not invited....or have a nose on them...an irish trait! Anyway...better go and finish printing Claire's order. On the reply card she has space for guests to write in their top 3 songs which I thought was a good idea. I'll be twittering next, god help me as if I haven't enough to be getting on with, all for now....Breda Mathews

Enjoyed doing this sketch below of Haldon Belvedere Tower in Devon, situated on top of a hill with great views. The finished invites looked great on old parchment. Some afternoons when I'm working away and it's quiet, I hear ice cream van music, followed by a dog howling, always around 3 o'clock in the afternoon....strange...twilight zone sounds.
